The SG100 series is a cost-effective fixed gas detector designed for continuous 24/7 monitoring of toxic gases, oxygen, flammable gases, and VOC. Taking oxygen (O₂) as an example, it uses an electrochemical sensor to measure concentrations from 0–30%VOL with high accuracy and stability.

The detector is IECEx and ATEX certified with explosion-proof grade Ex db IIC T6 Gb and Ex db ia IIC T6 Gb, making it suitable for hazardous areas. It features IP66/IP68 water and dust resistance, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments.

The SG100 offers multiple output options: 3-wire 4-20mA analog, RS485 Modbus, and optional HART communication, making it compatible with most control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA).
