Advanced multi-gas analyzer designed for comprehensive vehicle exhaust analysis with precision measurement capabilities.
The SKY8000 series is a high-performance portable gas analyzer designed for scientific research, industrial facilities and complex working environments. It can detect up to 18 gases simultaneously by integrating multiple detection principles: electrochemical, infrared (NDIR), catalytic, PID, semiconductor, etc.
For vehicle exhaust emission monitoring, the SKY8000 can be configured with six key pollutants:

The analyzer features a built-in pump (0–500 cc/min adjustable) for active gas sampling, ensuring fast response. Each module is equipped with multi-layer filtering (water, vapour, dust, oil) to protect sensors and improve reliability.
A 3.5-inch high-definition LCD screen (320×480 resolution) displays real-time data, gas formulas, concentration curves, battery status, pump condition and wireless connection status. Multiple display modes are switchable: single curve, multi-curve, and numerical data.
Data logging is standard with an 8G SD memory card (plus 8G USB drive included). Historical data can be stored automatically with customizable recording intervals. Data can be exported via USB or RS485.
Alarms include buzzer, red LED, on-screen status, fault alarm, pump abnormal alarm and low battery alarm.
The unit is powered by a large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery: 5400mAh/11.1V (with internal printer) or 10000mAh/3.7V (standard version). Operating time exceeds 32 hours for a single gas or 24 hours for six gases.
Built with aviation wear-resistant materials and rated IP65, the SKY8000 is suitable for harsh industrial environments. An optional high-temperature sampling gun allows measurement of gas concentrations up to 1100°C.
Optional features: WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G, LoRa wireless transmission; built-in or external Bluetooth printer; temperature & humidity monitoring.
